Summer is upon us and Dee Dee and Cooper are tipping their toes back in the conformation ring whenever there are local show opportunities. This past weekend we went to Chula Vista for the Bahia Sur shows.
Dee Dee had her debut with Haemi, her favorite new buddy (and groomer) and placed first in her class and was reserve winner’s bitch both days. Cooper got Select Dog on Saturday and Best Of Breed on Sunday, adding a few points and a Major to his journey toward his Grand Champion Title.

IntCH GCH CH Hollyhock SHE Returns “HOLLY”
After a short hiatus from the show ring, Holly jumped back in and strutted her stuff for the judges and earned her International Champion title at the 4-show event in Ontario, California. Thank you to the four judges that gave her fabulous written critiques as well as Group 2 awards in the Bred By Exhibitor competition at each of the four shows that week.

SHE Bichons Gary Cooper “Cooper” ranks #4 for Bichon Frises in the 2013 AKC/Eukanuba Owner Handler Series Championships
At just 18 months old, Cooper was invited to this prestigious show after ranking as the #4 Bichon Frise in the country for the 2013 Owner Handler Series competition. While he did not bring home a big prize, he had a blast in the ring with Deb and looked fabulous in the ring with the Sharon and the big kids for conformation.

WATCH EUKANUBA LIVE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY
Cooper will be shown on Friday in the Owner Handler Series and on Saturday in the Bichon Frise class. If he does well, he will move on to the Non-Sporting groups, regular and Bred By Exhibitor.

After completing her Grand Championship and her battery of health certifications, Holly is ready to have her first litter. Her puppies are due in late October. We can’t wait to meet her Halloween puppies.
