Cooper qualifies for 2014 Eukanuba

for getting his official ranking as the #8 Bichon Frise in the Owner Handler Series for 2014.

The AKC will hold their annual Owner Handler Series finals in December at the Eukanuba shows in Orlando Florida. It will be televised in February.
